The glenohumeral joint is the most mobile joint of the body. It too can be affected by osteoarthritis and generate pain and limitation of movement. Therapeutic exercise can be a valid treatment method to improve shoulder function and permit a return to activities of daily life. It should be focused on recovering the mobility and strength of the scapular muscles, rotator cuff and the deltoid.
