Cervicogenic dizziness is described as the sensation of unsteadiness or disequilibrium that accour occurs in the presence ofwith dysfunctions of the cervical spine and which is aggravated by neck movements or positions. There is moderate evidence that cervical spine manual therapy is effective in reducing cervicogenic dizziness.  A recent RCT found that two forms of manual therapy, Mulligan’s Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides (SNAGs) and Low Velocity Passive Joint Mobilization, can reduce both the intensity and the frequency of dizziness.
