Cubital tunnel syndrome is the second most common peripheral neuropathy after carpal tunnel syndrome. In this case report, we discuss a man with paraesthesia in the fourth and fifth finger and elbow pain referable to an ulnar compression at the elbow. After informing the patient about the likely good evolution, we recommended conservative management to control pain and improve the nerve through passive techniques, ergonomic adjustments and active exercises to be carried out also at home.
