Femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI) is a disease encountered more and more frequently in young people with hip pain. The effectiveness of conservative treatment is still very much debated, but recent publications have demonstrated positive outcomes and a general improvement in hip function and pain with conservative treatment. In a condition of tolerable pain, conservative treatment should be the first therapeutic step. This article presents three useful exercises for conservative treatment, aimed at ensuring a stable modification of the impaired motion patterns and an effective muscular reinforcement.
