The article analyzes the most specific symptoms and findings in cases of lumbar stenosis. From one of the most recent systematic reviews of the diagnostic validity of clinical trials, it is concluded that overall symptoms such as irradiated lower extremity pain, thigh pain and pain exacerbated by orthostatism show the highest sensitivity.
