Knee osteoarthritis is the most common articular disease in the world. In this case report, we discuss the case of a man with pain and functional limitation following a total replacement of the left knee. After informing the patient about the probable benign nature of the symptoms and good prognosis, we proposed a rehabilitation program in order to reduce the pain and improve knee functioning, based on passive techniques, specific home-based therapeutic exercises, and gait training.
