Abstract
Glenohumeral osteoarthritis: clinical examination for differential diagnosis

Although glenohumeral osteoarthritis is a well-defined clinical manifestation at radiographic level, its classification in the clinical setting poses some difficulty, as different problems affecting the shoulder can overlap or be present at the same time.
For this reason, in the clinical assessment it is necessary to make an accurate differential diagnosis by systematically grouping all the information converging from various sources: epidemiological data, the patient’s medical history, the physical examination, and X-ray images.
