In clinical practice, to confirm suspicion of the presence of a lumbosacral radiculopathy, a series of procedures must be mastered - neurodynamic tests, sensitivity, muscle strength and reflexes – that are indispensable for the conduct of the neurological examination. This article examines the most recent systematic review (Tawa, 2017), which seeks to shed light on the diagnostic accuracy of neurological examination with regard to the target condition "lumbosacral radiculopathy".
