Lumbosacral radiculopathy: assessment with the Oswestry Disability Index

The Oswestry Disability Index (ODI-I) is a questionnaire that assesses disability in patients with subacute and chronic back pain. The ODI-I consists of 10 items and there are six possible answers for each. The article presents a clinical case in which this questionnaire was used to assess disability following L5 radiculopathy.
