Cervical radiculopathy is a disorder that mostly affects the working age population. In this case report, we discuss a male with probable cervical radiculopathy of the C6 nerve root and neuropathic pain that interfered with his work. After providing information to the patient about the nature of the symptoms, we suggested conservative management with the aim of controlling the pain, centralizing symptoms and improving the patient’s functional capacity. The treatment involved also self-management at home.
