What are the means used to diagnose correctly a radiculopathy? At present, there are no established criteria for the diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy, so it is usually based on a detailed medical history and physical examination, sometimes accompanied by MRI. In this article, we analyze a systematic review published in 2018, which investigated the diagnostic performance of some clinical tests for cervical radiculopathy, whether of discogenic origin or due to cervical spondylosis.
