Femoroacetabular impingement is a multifactorial disorder of the hip joint that can only be diagnosed by the triad symptoms, clinical signs and imagining findings. This article presents the clinical case of a man with probable FAI syndrome. After informing the patient about the nature of his symptoms, a rehabilitation approach aimed at controlling pain and restoring active and passive movement using manual therapy and exercises was proposed. The rehabilitation pathway was followed by home self-management to be performed over the long term.
