In order to identify an individual who is suffering from cervicogenic headache it is essential to obtain - in the absence of other instrumental methods - an accurate medical history of the patient. In the illustrated clinical case, it can be seen that an in-depth analysis of the origin, frequency, intensity, duration and localization of the symptoms was adequate to enable a correct management of the condition.
