Lateral elbow tendinopathy is a disorder that mostly affects manual workers. In this case report, we discuss a man with a chronic lateral elbow tendinopathy that interfered with his normal working routine. After informing the patient about the nature of symptoms, we suggested conservative management for the purposes of pain control, reduction and control of symptoms and improving functioning by means of self-management at work.
