Without doubt, back pain is one of the most widespread problems existing and it poses a constant challenge for all healthcare professions. The treatment must be multifaceted and not just focus on the location of the pain, but consider the person as a whole. This article shows how through the Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) it is possible to intervene and considerably reduce the pathology itself.
