The state of the art of objective shoulder assessment in rehabilitation of patients with shoulder instability is heterogeneous and still unclear. The literature does not unequivocally indicate the presence of evaluation criteria, as well as devices and/or scales, which can guide the steps in the various rehabilitation phases. It is necessary to clarify and direct towards an objective assessment as reliable as possibile in order to optimize the performance of the therapists and patient outcomes.
