The Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome (KOOS-I)3 evaluates the presence of disability in the knee and the related limitation of quality of life following trauma or osteoarthritis. It is a pathology-specific questionnaire, is reliable and validated in the Italian language. A clinical case is presented in which this scale is used.
