Clinical case report of a patient suffering from a wrist problem which originated during work. The goal was to restore hand function and reduce symptoms. The physiotherapeutic intervention was focused on reducing symptoms, patient education regarding load management, and self-treatment with the use of neurodynamic techniques. The target was a multimodal approach to restore function and strength as well as to avoid, if possible, the need for surgery.
