Entrapment of the ulnar nerve at the elbow, commonly referred to as cubital tunnel syndrome, is the most common ulnar nerve neuropathy and the second most common type of nerve entrapment after carpal tunnel syndrome. Possible causes are the repeated mechanical stress of the nerve which is more vulnerable at the elbow. Conservative treatment is the first choice, even if we have no evidence in the literature to show what are the most effective methods. Neurodynamic techniques are the most widely used manual therapy techniques.
