SARS-CoV-2 disease (COVID 19) is not only a respiratory but also a multisystem disease. In order to assess the rehabilitation needs of patients affected by COVID-19 who have overcome the acute phase of the disease, it is essential to identify the possible disabling outcomes due to the systems involved, in order to set up an appropriate pathway for functional recovery. Among the systems most involved is the musculoskeletal system: gait analysis represents a valid clinical assessment tool.
