The Oswestry Disability Index (ODI-I) is a questionnaire designed to assess disability in patients with spinal pain, both in the subacute and chronic phase. The ODI-I consists of 10 items, each with 6 possible response options. It is a pathology-specific questionnaire with documented reliability and there is a validated version in Italian. The total score ranges from 0 (no disability) to 100 (maximum disability).
