Non-specific thoracic pain is defined as an experience of pain in the area of the vertebral tract between T1 and T12, in the posterior part of the trunk. Patients commonly describe the pain as posterior, sometimes between the shoulder blades, sometimes above the scapulae, which can radiate to the cervical region, the arms and forearms, or the lumbar region. This article presents three exercises for improving mobility, elasticity and strength of the backbone.
