The aim of this article is to discuss the therapeutic management of a clinical case regarding non-specific chronic thoracic pain. Thoracic pain is less common than either low back pain or neck pain, but the degree of disability resulting from thoracic pain disorders may be similar to that of low back or neck pain. Due to the paucity of published evidence, we searched the current literature for relevant case reports, without employing a rigid methodological criterion, as a means to analyze the therapeutic management of non-specific chronic thoracic spine pain
