The Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ), developed by Burckh et al. as an instrument to assess the current health status of patients with fibromyalgia, is a reliable questionnaire validated in the Italian language. The FIQ is self-administered, and it is composed of 10 items that evaluate the impact of fibromyalgia on the patient’s life. A clinical case is presented.
