Fibromyalgia is a chronic disorder characterized by generalized pain and multiple painful points. We conducted a review of the literature to evaluate the efficacy of mono-wavelength laser treatment: it was found to be useful in improving the primary outcome of the study (FIQ, pain, number of painful points) as well as the secondary ones (fatigue, rigidity, depression, anxiety).
