Fibromyalgia is a condition characterized by chronic widespread musculoskeletal pain. In this case report we discuss a woman with chronic low back pain diagnosed as fibromyalgia, which affected her activities of daily living. After informing the patient about the nature of her situation, we suggested a conservative management based on pain education, pain control, and functional improvement, but mostly aimed at changing her lifestyle and thoughts that were affecting her condition and pain.
