Frozen shoulder is an idiopathic disorder of the glenohumeral joint.
Over the years, many authors have endeavoured to try to identify the specific clinical parameters to diagnose FS, but even today this diagnosis is not easy, due to the complex classification, the wide spectrum of presentations, the variable course and the lack of specific tests, especially in the pre-clinical stages of the disease.
