In the treatment of a patient suffering from frozen shoulder (FS), the approach with manual therapy (MT) is fundamental, because, depending on the stage of evolution, it allows us to act on the patient’s symptoms. With a look at the literature and through the application of current neurophysiological knowledge, the setting of a manual therapy treatment path suitable for the patient and the clinical evolution of the pathology is indicated.
