This article presents specific clinical tests for the assessment of patients affected by carpal tunnel syndrome: in fact, even though carpal tunnel syndrome is characterized by quite specific symptoms, a few maneuvers – as contained in Phalen's test, Tinel's test and the Carpal Compression Test - can still be very useful in clinical practice for diagnosing the syndrome. These tests are analyzed and discussed in the article.
