Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) provide relevant information on the patient’s perspective on the risk/benefits ratio of a medical treatment; in association with the concept of Minimally Clinical Important Difference (MCID), PROs allow both the patient and the caregiver to overcome the merely statistical data and to gain access to clinically significant data to guide the management of care and the direction of future clinical trials. On this subject and more, we chatted with Elena Mazzone, physiotherapist expert in neuromuscolar diseases and we asked for her personal view.
