The Oxford Shoulder Score (OSS) is an assessment questionnaire for use in patients who have an inflammatory or degenerative condition of the shoulder joint. The questionnaire is easy to administer, practical, reliable, sensitive to clinically important changes and validated in the Italian language. The OSS is composed of 12 items, each of which has 5 possible response options.
