Post-surgery peripheral paralysis of the facial nerve: rebuilding the equilibrium

The facial nerve is responsible for the motor, sensory and parasympathetic innervation of the face: its lesion can have a number of consequences. Starting from the established evidence of the international scientific community, this article proposes a rehabilitation protocol based on exercises to train the vestibular and proprioceptive components of equilibrium.
