Frozen shoulder is an idiopathic condition of the shoulder. In this case report, we discuss a woman who suffered from primary frozen shoulder. After informing the patient about the nature of her pain, we suggested manual therapy and specific therapeutic exercises aimed at pain control and improving passive and active movement, as well as self-management at home to maintain the therapeutic benefits in the long term.
