Hip osteoarthritis is one of the most common degenerative disorders of the body that mostly affects middle-age and older population. In this case report we talk about a young man with hip pain and symptomatic osteoarthritis and femuro-acetabolar impingement, that affects his activities of daylife and work-related. After patient information about the prognosis of his problem, we have suggested a conservative management with the purpose of pain control and improving of ROM and hip functioning using passive techniques and active exercises with self-management at home too.
