Frozen shoulder is a common and disabling clinical condition characterized by pain and by a progressive reduction of the joint range of movement until the point is reached of complete immobility. Treatments can be of a conservative type or surgical.
This article examines a minimally invasive ultrasound- guided treatment of anesthetic block and infiltration; it describes the interventional procedure, which is subsequently completed with a physiotherapeutic treatment.
