Knee osteoarthritis is one of the most common degenerative physical diseases in the world. But is it solely correlated to articular changes? In this case report, we discuss the case of a sedentary woman with knee pain and symptomatic osteoarthritis which affected her activities of daily life. After informing the patient about the nature of her symptoms, we suggested a conservative management aimed at pain control and improving the ROM and knee functioning. But, above all, our goal was to change her lifestyle and attitudes that were affecting her condition and pain.
