Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is one of the most common causes of disability in older adults. The major symptoms of knee OA are pain, stiffness of the affected joint and functional disability, which can affect the quality of life. Recently, some studies have shown that manual therapy, whether associated with or without exercise, can help improve pain and knee function, especially in the short term.
