The recent SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has necessitated the emergence of telematic solutions, such as distance learning and smart working, to cope with the rapid spread of the virus.
In addition to psychological and social discomfort, lockdown has increased all those risk factors already known in scientific literature as predisposing to the development of musculoskeletal disorders, including the reduction of physical activity and the increase in PC use.
In this paper, workers and students are confronted to evaluate the onset and possible increase of spine problems related to this specific historical period. The study ends with the proposal of a hands-off, self-preventive treatment in the form of a video to counteract the negative effects of maintaining static postures.
