The communication between the physiotherapist and patient, in order to be effective and personoriented in planning of the treatment, requires a training course and a guide. This article presents the analysis of the Calgary Cambridge Guide, in which a virtual patient visit is dissected into a series of sessions listing the objectives to be pursued, and the skills (a total of 70 are presented) to achieve them. It then analyzes how to collect the information, how to explain and plan the treatment, and how to wind up the session, for a correct narrative approach of the person-oriented physiotherapist.
